My husband and I (both need build priveleges) are looking for hilly, water front land to rent or buy with a Tier less than US$25/mo. I don't really care if it's Mainland or not, but if it's an estate, I don't want to pay a large upfront payment to someone I have no reason to trust.
Neither one of us are interested in any of those flat, square parcels with canals separating the properties. Some moderate terraforming preferred (to create ponds, waterfalls, caves, maybe a basement), but not required if the land is already interestingly terraformed. We primarily want a place to practice building, so we don't want an existing house on the lot nor are we interested in social amenties.
