I am looking to purchase Class 3 sims. Will consider class 5's as well. Sims must have full transfer rights. And SIM MUST BE EMPTY. If sold not empty anyone holding land on the sim would have it reclaimed. Please contact me in world with your asking price and a land mark via NOTECARD.
