Wijero Islands Estate has in its region - Fair Island - several tropical islands for sale for residential and small commercial use. Small commercial use must be agreed upon by the Wijero management to prevent lag in the region.
Prices for the Islands are 9L$ per sqm to become owner of your own little piece of paradise. The tier (weekly administration fee) is 0,7L$ per sqm/per week. You can pay tier up to 8 weeks in advance.
You DON'T need to have a premium account to buy land from Wijero Islands Estate! (The cheapest premium account costs you 6US$ per month at Linden Lab and you need a premium account to be able to by land on mainland.)
You DON'T pay any (extra) fee to Linden Lab! (You pay 0.7L$ per sqm per week, no matter what size you take. You pay for what you use, not for what you can use as Linden Lab does with its size/amount table)
The islands are all set on 1,5 bonus prims, which means that you get half as much more prims to use on your island then the standard amount of prims on mainlaind.
