Chicahuac islands offers quiet island living on a low lag sim. 4096 plots are available for only L$ 2625/week tier. Residents are able to terraform their islands, join parcels and resell their parcels. This sim is zoned residential and mature.

Also available for sim residents' use for events/parties is the clubhouse. The clubhouse is available for rent to non-residents for L$ 500 for 2 hours.
