I have several lots for sale in Devil Ray. There is a 4096 mini-island, another 4096 beachfront, a 512 waterland, and a couple more parcels to boot. You have to see them to appreciate them! Go look. No ad farms, inside protected waterfront sim, this place has it all. All of the land is priced at L$10/meter or less. That is a steal! You will see what I mean when you see the land. Just go to Devil Ray, turn on your map, check the land for sale box, and visit all the parcels in yellow. You will not be disappointed.
