I am currently looking to sell my Old Tier ($195 /mo) island.
About the island: It is currently setup into (16) 4096m rentals and is 80% (or so) full (instant money maker) however all are at-will tenants and can be evicted should you so desire (I will repay any pre-paid months to tenants). Sadly I rarely play anymore so it is tough for me to run the island efficiently.
The island was originally bought Nov '06 (Class 4?) and the tier on the island is due to LL on the 27th of every month (I will pay this March's)
