Drakeal tui is having its renters moved to Drakeal Prime and Drakeal wood to free up space for large land. Drakeal tui will be on its own Estate soon so Renters on the sim can become Estate Managers to manage their land and Rent out the land they rent.
As a Large land Renter in Drakeal Estates you get the following:
-Access to Estate Manager for free(must rent 2/3 or more)*
-Can sub-lot your own land, terraform and reclaim, its your world, you can do what you want.
-Sim server is in Texas data center last time I heard
-If you rent smaller than 2/3 you can pay for access to estate management*
-Commercial or Residential, a Sandbox or a Mall as long it follows SL-TOS
-Drakeal Tui is a sim not connected to others its a island apart form the rest of my sims. so you will NOT get any lag form other sims.
