For personal reasons, I am looking to get out of the property rental business. I am selling the business - Land AND buildings, and anything transferable. (Obviously, my HippoTech is not transferable. You need to get a rental system yourself.)

Land area for sale is 24268m2. There are a number of buildings on them, and they are being sold with the land. These buildings are not copiable. Copiable versions of buildings may be negotiated at an additional cost. There are empty plots so as to offer more prims to tenants.

There are tenants, currently, and I do not wish to displace them. You displacing them is your call (but then what is the point of buying the business?). I will advise them of the change in ownership.

The business is set in a highly controlled development in Vyacheslav. The sim is well-maintained, with minimal eyesores. Neighbors are pleasant and friendly. Teleport there and look around.

The sale is final and I wish to offer minimal/NO support thereafter. What does that imply? It means that you need to know how to modify the buildings yourself, down to the scripts. I am not going to sell this business to a noob who doesn't know how to build - you must know how to build, or be partnered with someone that does.

Modifications for new tenants are minimal - adjusting one line in a script, usually. The only thing that needs modification are window tints. The doors for the buildings are built with the HippoTech Door Plugin so you won't have to modify the doors for access.

There is a spot of commercial land in the center of the sim. I plan to dismantle and clear it.
