Also features professionally decorated furnished beach cottage, landscaping waterfall and private cove with dock. Sim has plenty of common water all around for great water sports and is connected to five more sims where you can sail too. Use the furnished home and landscaping there, or we can remove it so you can use your own.

Reservation Fee- The reservation fee is credited to your last weeks rent if you give a weeks notice that you are terminating.
