Located in Kane, a Mature sim. Almost NO advertising or shops anywhere! Just mostly houses and beach homes.
It's right up against a Linden road (great place to keep a car), and across the road is a cool beach-side park! Also nearby are a lot of beaches and other cool places.

I recently bought it, but I realized I don't need any extra land at the moment so I'm selling it.
