::Grim Babies:: is looking for a new place to call home (paying L 12.500 a month for 6144sq. m.). The land where we are current renters, is located on an adult only island, we would like to move to an all access parcel. For our small shop.
::Grim Babies:: have been around since 2005, we are good tenants, we pay ahead of time whenever possible, and have never been late on our rental fees. We are quiet, good neighbors.
We would enjoy relocating to an island on a corner lot. We have no interest in gawdy sims, camping, resale shops, clubs, or anything of that nature. Just a quiet corner to have a shop, and build from time to time would be perfect for us.
