You can set up a shop, club, resident, or anything you like. There is no set theme for any of the Islands

Go outside and shoot zombies, arm wrestle, mud wrestle, go to the arcade or just sit by the camp fire and cuddle. If you own a boat you can take it for a spin around Lesvos Island I (my home) or go scuba diving, sacrifice a virgin in the volcano or just check out the caves. Enjoy the scenery and the fun!

Rules:

1. Please be kind to your neighbors. No griefing, harassment or intrusions on the property of others. Residents are responible for the behavior of guests.

2. Do try to keep lag down to a minimum, no mega large scripts. Seriously lag inducing scripts. Scripts that use a lot of resources will be disabled and returned to the owner.

3. Prims are limited to the size of the parcel.

4. Weapons are allowed!

5. Ban lines on Parcels are allowed! The Estate Owner and Estate Managers must be on the allow list for any security devices you have on your parcel.

6. Setting out gambling machines, and such leads to an immediate ban, and termination of the Lease with no refunds. Also, we will file an AR to Linden.

7. People outside buildings, should be normally clothed.

8. No automated spaming on the pathway. They must be limited on YOUR Parcel.

9. In case of security-systems, the system should at least display a message, for 30 seconds, that the person's not allowed before teleporting home. It's even important, that they will not eject the owner (Lynna Lebed) or the estate-manager. Otherwise, the system will be deleted.

10. The buildings should look normal. (No eyesores) Please respect other parcel owners by keeping your property attractive. Otherwise, fences, walls and are allowed.

11. Driving around with vehicles is allowed.

12. Sub-renting of YOUR parcels is allowed, however, you are responsible for tenants on your property. If you choose to sell your parcel you must contact the Estate Owner, Lynna Lebed, to make arrangements. All Parcel sells must be aproved by the Estate Owner.

13. Pyramide-Systems are not allowed and can lead to an immediate ban (and termination of the lease). (ex. Magic Money )

14. Malls are allowed, but we are not responsible if the owner of the parcel does not pay the Monthly use fee. If the owner does not pay the monthly use fee, we will clean up the parcel. No matter, if they're still running sub-rents.

15. We are not responsible if someone builds on your parcel. If this happens, simply return/delete those items.

16. No shouting objects!!!!

17. No huge prims.

18. Please set your "about land" "media" settings to "Restrict spatialized sound to this parcel" and "Use Private spatial channel" this will allow for your privacy and so other tenants won't be bothered by your chats.

If you are in violation of Terms of Service agreement with Linden Labs your land purchase will not be refunded. If you are in violation of Community Standards agreement with Linden Labs your land purchase will not be refunded. If you are in violation of this covenant I will reclaim the parcel. No refunds!
