Great Island property for sale

Very active & young island with land for sale. I have two sims, on Solare Isles I have two 2048 lots with 585 (a 1.25 prim bonus). I put houses on the two properties to show what it could look like. If you would like to keep the houses, that is fine. One has two houses on it, so you can live in one and rent out the other house. The lots are 8,000L each. The tier fee for these lots will be $16.00 or 4400L per month.

On Solare II I have 2048 and 4096 lots. I am giving a 1.35 prims bonus on this island.

2048 - 632 prims. Asking 9000L and tier would be $16.00 USD or 4400L.
4096 - with 1265 prims. Asking 18000L and tier would be 28.00 USD or 7700L.

We have alot of fun amenities on the island like open waters for water sports. We have sailing, jet ski's, wind surfing, skybox theater. There is a shopping mall with great vendors. Camping area and freebie store (just take the teleporter up to the area). We have a great bunch of people living on the island. So come check it out.
