Ok, then here's why we charge more than others and why you wouldn't mind not to pay the cheapest price possible:
1. We are not desperately searching for tenants, because we don't need it. We are running the estates business as a hobby. We can afford to own our SIMs, even if we don't have tenants at all!
2. As a result, you will see that we take time to make tenants happy. We are flexible enough to make the land fit your needs, and not the other way round. This means: We allow you to terraform and help you with it. We can cut land as needed. We can provide you with a house, or you can set up your own. And so forth...
3. There's no such thing as dependency on uber-estate agents. There's no sub-sub-sub letting from third or fourth parties. We own the SIMs first hand. Period. This gives you the security you need when making a decision as to where to live. Also, we won't change our policies every couple of weeks.
4. We have clear rules (aka covenant). You can expect that we enforce them, should neighbours breach them. That even applies when you buy a small 4096sqm lot and your misbehaving neighbour rents 3/4 of the SIM, because we are not doing this to earn big money. A good atmosphere is more important to us. So you get what you pay for, and won't experience unpleasant surprises in the future.
5. We keep prim reserves wherever possible. So even if you are running short at some point, you won't need to relocate.

6. You have contact persons who are responsible and in the position to make decisions, not a bunch of dummy agents, who don't know more than you about the piece of land you want to buy or rent.
