My islands have covenant protected land for your personal use for as long as you want it.
Commercial for your own little store or residential for your little house on the beach.
Never pay for land only pay for the time you use it like a rental car.
You cant put it in your pocket, so why pay for it.
My rental rates are comparable with mainland tier.
Average is 468 prim parcel with 2048m2 is a low 1000L per week!
Larger parcels are available too.
