I've just built a hollow flooded mountain for use as a gallery, I now want something bigger to expand into, so I'm selling my mountain.
The footprint is 6080 sq metres, most of the mountain is 20 metres high some is 30 metres. There is a beach around the top, and the surface water can be swum in.
Before starting to build there were 1391 prims.
Ideal as an unusual playground, underwater shop or diving school etc.
No covenant, mainland so tiering not as high as islands.
Price asked is L$100,000, not too bad for a good area next to art galleries and residential area, high area in SL.
