This class 5 sim currently houses a huge club build (most definitely NOT a big sqaure box) surrounded with a themed sim build. Naturally it would be ideally suited for club and retail purposes but would be easilly convertable for pure retail use.
A quick sale is required so offers over $2k would be considered (The building bill alone came to far more than that). Should you wish further building work done we could arrange a prefferential fee. I'm only keeping the sale open for a couple of days, after that I'll probably keep it.
As this is a quick sale offer monies would be ideally sent via western union or bank transfer. To give the buyer more confidence the island is currently under the ownership of Stroker Serpentine who will transfer the island to you once payment has cleared. Reason being, not many people have heard of me, but everyone knows of Stroker.
