Double prim commerce and double prim commercial!

Ok, first thing's first! (Yes, I state the obvious). The difference between commerce and commercial. Essentially for the purpose of our sims is that commerce does NOT allow clubs, in order to keep lag down for other businesses (stores, apartment rentals, offices etc). Commercial, on the other hand, welcomes clubs and the other types of businesses that wish to locate near them.

Cove Islands commerce and commercial sims are all class 5, tropical themed and each parcel is roadside to at least one road and comes with a huge double prim allowance! That means that a tiny little 576 has a generous 262 prims!!! A 1024 has 468, a 1600 has 732 and a 2304 comes with 1054! Not bad! We do also have larger sizes available.
