Monthly Tiers:
4096 SQ Meters = 9200 Lindens Per month
2048 SQ Meters = 4800 Lindens Per month
1024 SQ Meters = 2600 Lindens Per month
Larger size parcels are a multiple of the tiers listed above. For Odd Size Parcels see land description.
If you wish to lower yoru tier you may do so by paying 1 or 2 months in ADDITION to your current month, which is prorated by your purchase date.
If you pay 1 month addtional then your tier would be the full tier less 10%. If you pay 2 months additonal then your tier would be the full tier less 20%..
Example: if yuu purchase 4,096 sq meters and you paid 9200 Lindens down then your tier would be 9200 less 10%(920) or 8,280 per month.. If you paid 18400 lindens down then your teir would be 9200 less 20%(18,040)) or 7360 LIndens per month
