The Cabins and Teepees are set in a beautiful valley forest setting which not only provides a stunning view but also privacy from other residents.
This isn't a role play sim but anyone wishing to role play here is welcome all we ask is that you seek consent from others before expecting them to play along.
There are no restrictions on avatar types, all are welcome.
Each tenant will have:
- Ability to control the access list on their parcel
- Access to a radio that will change the Music URL (Custom URLs can be added on request)
- Option to use Free TV packages or rent a full @home system from us for a small addition to their rent.
- Some additional land outside their Cabin/teepee to place objects (restrictions apply - Objects outisde properties MUST match the theme)
Cabins also have:
Doors which the tenant can control access too.
Windows with 4 privacy settings.
Teepees also have:
Ability to show/hide a fire and cooking pots in the centre
sit poses already added to various rugs.
Rental fees:
LARGE Cabin (in Mists Edge sim)- 500 prims - 1000L per week
Medium Cabin (in Mists Edge sim) - 350 Prims - 750L per week
LARGE Cabin (in Highcastle sim) - 400 prims - 850L per week
Teepee (in Circus sim) - 300 Prims - 650 per week
A limited number of additional prims available at 150L/w per 50 Prims with prior agreement from manager.
If you're tired of beach houses and tiki huts this community is a refeshing change.
I will also make an offer to anyone who has read this far down. If you rent 3 weeks I will add 2 more for free to your box, simply IM me once you have rented and tell me you saw the offer in this thread.
