Transylvania Village, Profitable sim, could be even higher profits if you chose to ran it yourself instead of using employees, Just lowered the price form $1,000,000 to $780,000 to move it fast since it is 2/3 of a sim thats about $17.00 per m for amazing property with "real" traffic and documented profits.
I have to sell because im swamped with my other sims and businesses and even a hands off owner should be around more often to check things, I love to build the running is not my strong point after a while.
