I have a nice plot in Kozushima (244,197) thats 2048sqm. The plot is special because its water/land depending on your own choice for most part. The terraforming +/- 4 meters brings most of the land just above or just below sea level.
Its in a fast sim and I want to keep the land "for retirement" LOL.
I dont actually use it right now, so I want to rent it out for the linden tier
(15US$/month or 4000Linden/month)
So anyone out there wanting to save the fee of becoming premium? If you want to rent it long term, I'll make a group and grant you every possible (sensible) right like terraforming, access list control etc....
