From the years i've been in Secondlife, I've found that the one of the biggest things for builders and users alike is to have privacy, land you can call your home. The day I bought my own private region really was the day I felt like a part of SL and it was a wonderful feeling. No worrying about other people in the region, no worrying about a region's rules, free to do anything you wished.

For those who do not meet the requirements to purchase an Open Space sim from Linden Labs (normally you must own an entire private region), I am willing to set up and purchase these Open Space sim(s) for you.
I am willing to help 4 people get set up with their own Open Space sim.

-You will have full control of your region to do as you please (within the TOS of course), all 65536m^2 and all 3750 prims.
-You will have estate control and be able to set up estate managers and use estate tools.
-You will be able to name the region whatever you wish (also within the TOS)
-Your sim will open soon after receiving payment!
There are several options:
- Downpayment of ~$200 USD (57,000L) and get your first month free (LL charges $250) and pay $85USD (24,000L) a month to keep the region.
- Zero downpayment, and ~$110USD (30,250L) a month to keep the region.
I will help you through all of the steps in setting up the region, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have once we are up and running. ^^
