Class 5 private sim for sale. The sim currently houses Eros Exotica which is a truly unique club build on a themed sim. The builds would be easilly converted into commercial properties if desired. You can also buy the sim without any build. The sim is currently being held by Stroker Serpentine who will transfer the sim to the buyer immediately upon funds clearing (Either by the money hitting my PayPal account or the cash clearing Western Union).
