My partner and I are looking for a new place to set home. We are long term, dependable renters looking to rent from a well established, honest and reasonable landowner with good references.

We need something "reasonable" and residential with low lag around the size of 4096 with absolutely no less than 937 prims. Bonus prims would be a big plus.
