Galactica private island will be an outer space-themed development, with malls, clubs and residential living. Current plans are to have tenants build at least 550 meters above ground level, in keeping with the outer space theme. The estate sun will be set at midnight for maximum realism and the sky will have some special effects, such as satellites and shooting stars.

Parcel sizes will be 4096 and 8192 square meters in size. There will be a comprehensive covenant which is fairly enforced. Rents will be very reasonable, as always, with no deposits required. Please read the Land Covenants before renting.
