That is why we NEVER mix our residential sims with our commerce or commercial sims.
Just because the stores are on the opposite side of the sims,does not mean you wouldn't be affected!! Lag on a sim affects the whole sim!
So our residential sims are all well away from the commerce, low lag and dedicated to residential use only! We have snow and tropical, with a minimum prim bonus of 15%!
Tier on all residential sims is just 0.49L/sqm weekly (so, for example, a 4096sqm would be 2007L weekly with a minimum prim count of 107
.Purchase fees on all residential parcels are just L$ 99!
PLUS, our tier system lets you pay however much or little you want at a time. But if you decide to pay 4 weeks on your first payment, you will get 2 free simply by IMing Josue Habana to confirm you want to claim this!!
