This plot will support 940 prims and rents for L$1975 a week. To rent the land simply purchase it for L$1975, this pays rent for the first week. You do not need to be a premium member to do this and this negates the need to use a group slow or hang around waiting for a group invite.
As this is a rental agreement only you cannot resell the land.
The plot can be used for commercial or residential use but absolutely NO CLUBS!
