Yeah, that's right. It's tropical terrain, old continent, on a Linden waterway that leads to the Boardwalks. It's what USED to be a prime lot, commanding premium prices. Not anymore, apparently. I'm taking a loss on it because I just need to get the hell out of here now. You want it or would you rather have new continent fake protected water?
