- Will have full security privilages over your parcel, while we do ask that you keep 'Allow Public Access' checked you have the ability to ban individuals who may have caused problems. You also have access to the Estate Management team who will be on hand to deal with anyone causing issues outside of your parcel.

- will have the confidence of knowing you are on an established estate that has actually GROWN in recent weeks while others have been decreasing their land holdings due to the openspace sim issue. ALL Solace Beach sims are FULL 15000 prims sims. All our fully commerical sims are the latest Class 5 sims, so we are offering the best to you we can.
- will be on an estate that is actively mantained and managed, with helpful staff on hand to help with issues and queries and deal with issues.
Not many malls offer all that PLUS of course you get to place your own store building which you can build / buy to your own specifications and not be restricted to a mall prefab.
