Have a half sim coming up soon for rent, 32,768 sqm (7500 prims) it's going for 225 usd/mo (via paypal) or it can be paid in Lindens which would be adjusted for changing conversion rates monthly.
There will only be two other renters on the whole sim. No clubs.
