For over 1.5 years the Necros Community has provided a small group of themed rentals to residents in a sprawling mainland region where over 50% of the lands have been allocated to open community (public) use with gardens, meeting areas, relaxation zones etc.
The terrain is unique for mainland, providing hills, flat planes and even a little beach front. This sim was chosen at auction specifically for the diverse terrain.
The Necros Community could continue to be used as a rental community. Other uses include a group living arrangement or headquarters.
What is included in the sale?
- the land itself (all of Necros sim, and various land on the following surrounding sims: Dimitrios, Onatopp, and Stamper -- any land denoted with words such as Necros, SGE, Elric Anatine etc.)
- some transfer items on the ground (most sold at ~ 75% of original purchase price)
- some no transfer (copy) items on the ground can be left on the lands for the purchaser's use (i.e. buildings)
** It is up to the purchaser to check permissions on items BEFORE agreeing to the purchase **
What is NOT included in the sale?
- personal effects inside of buildings (i.e. furniture)
- items not on the land/ground itself
- no transfer items, although these can be left on the lands for the purchaser's use
- items created or owned by Sensi Bliss (these will either be removed or may be left for the purchaser's use)
What is NEGOTIABLE in the sale?
- the neko shinto shrine (Neko No Jinja), although check permissions
