1536 square meters - 351 prims - L$599 per week
2048 square meters - 468 prims - L$799 per week
3072 square meters - 702 prims - L$1199 per week
4096 square meters - 937 prims - L$1499 per week
6144 square meters - 1406 prims - L$2199 per week
8192 square meters - 1875 prims - L$2699 per week
16394 square meters - 3750 prims - L$4999 per week

Wunderville Estate Features :
* Full Media settings so you can set up music on your land or even watch video streams.
* Parcel Access List rights so you can control how private or public your space is.
* Terraforming rights to raise and lower your land slightly.
* You can use the land for commercial or residential purposes.
* If you decide to leave at any time I will refund 50% of the value of your remaining time.
* You can get more land or move to another Wunderville Estate as long as there is space
available.
* If you need help with anything you can contact me at any time.
To Move In :
All you need to do to move in is ask Justin Wunderlich or Wisper Dagger to add you to the
Wunderville Estates group. Then you pay a rent cube and enjoy your land.
Remember :
One of the benefits of renting land in Wunderville Estates is that you do NOT need to have a Premium Second Life account. This will save you the monthly US$9.95 fee alone. You are paying for time on the parcel so will NOT have to "buy" the land first. My rates are cheaper than buying through Linden Labs and an obviously smarter alternative to having land.
