What I need is a full prim sim because my openspace sim no longer suits my needs for the price. I am willing to pay up to $300.00 usd or L$83-85k to rent/buy. Class 4 or 5 is fine...
Mainland I do not like due to the worries about ticking off neighbors for whatever reasons they may decide to get mad about.. but I will consider partially protected waterfront mainland.
