This SIM is designed for 14 rental units, all skyboxes, above a common shared island playground/fantasyland. All tenants have been removed for this sale, but all of the development is available to keep if you want to rent it out. When fully leased this island paid for itself (thanks to the $195 tier) but renting is up to you. The rental homes are NOT TRANSFER and you'd need to get your own to build out the rentals (the one we use costs $600L and is COPY/no transfer.)
My property manager is available to assist you with any rental business issues at a reasonable rate. I am not available for this support (I am basically out of SL.)
