I have several lots for sale in Devil Ray. There are no ad farms, and it is an inside protected waterfront sim. This is mainland, meaning you will actually own it! No covenant.
There is a 4096 mini-island (easily turned into pure waterland if you want), a 4096 beachfront, a 512 waterland, and a couple more gorgeous parcels to boot. You have to see them to appreciate them! Go look.
All of the land is priced at less than L$10/meter. That is a steal! You will see what I mean when you see the land and the water. Just go to Devil Ray, turn on your map, check the land for sale box, and visit all the parcels in yellow. You will not be disappointed.
