Greetings!

I have completed the relocation of my Emporium from Caledon II over to Brigadoon, and am now ready to sell "rental rights" as they say, for the former parcel. I have been there a year and enjoyed it, and my fine neighbors, muchly. Offers may be sent to me via Private Message on this board, or via Notecard within-world, before midnight December 31st. The parcel is 2048 m^2, with 468 prims (this is the standard prim density.) Tier has been L$750/week; I don't know if Mr. Shang, the Governor, ever needs to increase this or not. Be certain to read the Covenant.

The parcel is on Tulip, between Mr. Waki's microbrewery and Miss Qi's lovely home, in the SouthEast corner. Across the sim divide is a tall hill with menhirs (standing stones) in Tamrannoch; across the street was formerly Mr. Lindsay's Caledonopoly board, although I believe he is now experimenting with other things in that location. On a good day, you can see the rotors of SteamSky City.
