Don't get fooled by cheaper parcels with high tiers, simply calculate your profit! General tier for 4096 is around 8000 linden. This is a difference of 2000 linden each 4 weeks (island months are 28 days) which means 26000 linden per year!! Meaning you save 6000 plus the price you would pay for the higher tiered parcel, how fast and easy can you save money elsewhere?
