If you are not familiar with Tala Fate's gothic architecture you should be. For my money there is no better designer in SL when it comes to her creativity and talent. Custom textures, attention to detail, realism and atmosphere culminate to create a dark fantasy in prim.
Unfortunately, I do not have time to put this sim online and share it with Second Life. It has been mothballed for almost a year and I cannot see continuing to pay the tier on it.

Make me a reasonable offer. Please understand that there are months worth of custom texturing and design. You will never get this kind of quality from a prefab and an Open Space sim.
I will not give it away. I will return it to LL first. It is a grandfathered $195 sim.
I will gladly fill it full of SexGen Toyz if you will put this sim to use.
