For sale are 5 class 5 sims with 15000 prims each and 7 open space sims with 3750 prims each. All are sold empty.
They are all greek with nice greek names (except 2), this makes them popular. The sims are being sold because of illness and thereby loss of money since I am not able to be in SL when I should, so I am bankrupt. Nemo Runo is the owner & seller. His RL brother logged in as Nemo is selling for him as himself is in hospital in RL.
The sims can be sold separately or all together.
All prices below are for EMPTY sims. In some sims there are residents that my guess is wants to be living there after the sale. Residents have been notified that the sims are sold empty. Some say they want to buy the same lot back again.
I will pay the 100 USD fee to LL for each sim I sell so the price below is what you pay, no more no less. Remember that you are free to rename and move the sims as you please when you buy privately, as if you bought directly from LL. There are no extra fee to rename or move a sim when sold like this.
As soon as I get paid I will put you in as a manager in the sim and submit a ticket to LL telling you are the new owner.
I prefer to get paid via PayPal but if you insist we can find another way too.

Then there are 7 open sims (watersims), 3750 prims.
