hi all, just put up a new island. all retro-futuristic residential like the Pacific Northwest. Straylight trees, public spaces border all parcels (8 metres wide) and a public fallout shelter for socializing or parties.

Parcels are in two sizes - 2560 and 4096 with a 1.1 prim bonus and come with a choice of free houses, or you can build your own.
