Hi, we're looking for a place to put our rock club. It's roughly 60m wide X 40m deep X 15m high. Theme is abandonded industrial warehouse. No annoying particles, lighting, or shouting objects.
We host regular events which would draw people to your commercial area. All we ask is that we have are own parcel so that we can manage the media streams and other generic owner features, and that the performance of the sim is not already overburdened.
