Grandfathered Sim for Sale

I currently am wishing to sell my Grandfathered Full Sim, with a monthly fee of $195 this is a saving of $100 per month if you were to buy a sim from LL now. The land will be empty once a buyer is found and am ready to move as fast as possible to complete a sale. The tier is due on the 13th of each month and will be paid for January. Please send me a notecard in game with offers for this Sim (Please dont IM me I dont play a great deal and IMs tend to get capped). I am looking to have the sale completed within the next 2 weeks so serious offers only please.
