I am looking for a quarter sim land rental or open space sim with following requirements:
If quarter sim, has green textures, can be assigned to my group for land control, corner plots only, rent payable on weekly basis via lindens, prefer easy going convenant allowing for any type of residential build and/or sky boxes above 300 meters. Land would be used for residential for my family including SL kids.
OR
Open space sim, payable in lindens weekly, with estate controls, allowing our textures and control, again to be used for residential use for house and what not.
Either must be a RENTAL, not a sale.
