I have just placed a beautiful beach house on a 3072 plot of land. The land is beach land with it's own stone pier jutting out into the ocean for boats. Nice waves rolling in and washing against the pier.
I will allow the renter all the rights of owner except ban lines. You may ask me to ban any individuals you find undesirable.
I will allow 400 prims. You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house up to 30 prims without interfering with the 400 prim limit. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
This is a large 3072 plot with lots of beach space. The area is residential and not commercial. It is a beautiful beach community.
