Synister is now open with lot sizes of 4096. It is a mature sim with Ocean view on some of the lots. You will need to act fast as they will go quickly at L$1000 a week with 937 prims per lot.
So what is a managed sim you ask? It is a mainland alternative to Islands. It is on the same class 5 server as islands but there are no associated Island Tiers or additional fees.
Why rent? Well with our heavily discounted prices, it is cheaper to rent than to pay linden fees for the same size lot.
