Incognito Skate Center (some skates free) race your friends. Fight animation for real derby play. The only one on SL so far... come and check it out. Ask Sunny for your free skates. There are also skates available there for sale prices are between 50L and 150L and they do different tricks. Alot of fun!

1. Incognito Apartments run 350L ($1.63 USD) per week, 1400L ($5.59 USD) per month with 100 prim. Ocean and beach view. Its a great space. Nice two level apartment furnished and ready to live in.

Incognito Apartments II- These are great apartments renting for 400L per week ($1.81 USD), 1600L ($6.34 USD) per month. 100 prim, furnished. Great views, nice floor plan.
2. Chrome Residences. They run 400L per week ($1.81 USD), 1600L ($6.34 USD) per month with 100 prim. Nicely furnished, ocean view and now a beautiful garden and Koi fish pond for you to relax and unwind, great place for lovers (kissing, slow dance, cuddle pose balls, and a nice picnic for you to enjoy. Outdoor theater with full real movies.

3. Consignment Shop if you have clothing you made or furniture, anything, you can put it in the shop free of charge and if anything sells I get 20% of what you make. No rent, no fuss. 4. Knockers - Nice knock off of Hooters. This is kind of a rough bar, so bring your battle gear lol. There are large martini glasses to dance on, strip poles and an arm wrestling table that gives you the time of how fast you put down your friends arm. I have three new games at Knockers, Darts, Zombie, Skeeball and Deal or Decline this is so much fun, you have to come and see for yourself.

5. Nice shopping area with good prices on clothing, skins, hair, building tools, textures, cars, everything you can think of. So stop by.

NEW Beach front Seagull Pointe Apartments. Lowest rent around. 300L per week or 1200L a month. Great view of beach/ocean and a great Garden. This is a really nice place to live. Its furnished, and 150 prims allowed after counting furnishings. But we can change anything or add anything you like.
