Dolphin Paradise is where your dreams come true!
Surrounded by sweet and lovely dolphins you can enjoy your life as never ever before.
IMPORTANT: Each parcel contains a non transferable house as well as other useful objects e.g. furniture and decorations as a free welcome present. “NON TRANSFERABLE” means, if you don’t want to loose these objects, you must keep your auto return setting untouched, in other words: right click your land and select the "About Land/Options" tab and make sure your "autoreturn" value is set to “0”, otherwise all non transferable objects will be returned and lost forever. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact me at any time!
You can rent this land WITHOUT a PREMIUM-ACCOUNT, we encourage Lindens for your monthly tier. The tier-month is 30 days, due to technical restrictions of actual tools. Payment is due for a full period.

Tier Payment in Dolphin Paradise Island sims works differently than on the mainland. Tier fees are paid to Roslyn Carter and not to Linden. The two systems are totally separate. You only pay one, not both.
Island Plots are individually tiered. In the case a resident rent MULTIPLE LOTS, each lot RETAINS ITS INDIVIDUAL TIER LEVEL, and lots MAY NOT BE COMBINED, to sustain a reduced tier. The tier-month is 30 days, due to technichal resctrions of actual tools. Payment is due for a full period.

Tier Zahlung auf Dolphin Paradise Island verläuft anders als auf (Linden) Mainland. Tier wird an Roslyn Carter bezahlt, nicht an Linden Labs. Es wird immer nur eine Gebühr gezahlt, die Systeme sind komplett getrennt.
Island Plots sind individuell mit Tier belegt. Wenn man mehrere Plots hat, muss Tier für jeden einzelnen Plot/Parzelle bezahlt werden. Eine Zusammenfassung von mehreren Parzellen ist nicht zulässig. Der Tiermonat hat 30 Tage durch Beschränkungen der momentanen SL-Tools. Tier ist jeweils für den kompletten Abrechnungszeitraum fällig.
