)In efforts to sell my Homestead, I am going to hold a auction. I will simply write down the highest bidder on a Note card, and if they remain the Highest bidder i will IM them at the time of the auction Close.
The Regions tier date was the 8th, That means it almost includes a months tier. It ~can~ include renters at the buyers request. However they will be refunded for any remaining time on the day of transfer. Meaning the new owner can start collecting rent form day one.
The Auction will take place over the next two days, Starting Imminently. And will be sold on Monday around 5PM PST or SLT. that's 8PM EST. Please IM me Directly IN World or e-mail me your offers. I will not be telling bidders if they were outbid, Unless the highest bidder allows me to. In the event they do, I will release their name, and price they offered to other bidders, So that others can confirm the bid if they ever so do wish to do so. Otherwise it will be Silent, and no one will be informed. (Except the winning bidder)

(this Auction was a new idea of trying to sell a region, Although im sure it will work, It depends on how WELL it works if i decide to do more this way. But eventually i have more to sell in the future)
