I would like to sell the Class 4 together with the Class 5. the class 5 can be setup as 4 open spaces or as full 1 sim it's your decision. both ways we pay the $100 fee LL would charge for this + the transfer fee of course. Tier Payment for both sims 29th of a month. both sims have tenants on em which can stay or be moved, your decision. sims are ready to sell immediately.
You can move the sims wherever you want or keep em in the same space, you can rename the sims or keep the name of our sims.
